1. Services Overview

Visual Storytelling Studio provides professional 2D/3D Animation, Video Editing, and educational guides for NGOs, brands, and individual creators. All services are delivered electronically based on the client's brief.

2. Engagement and Payment

Service orders are processed via our official Selar links or direct project agreements.
For custom projects, a 50% deposit is typically required to begin work.
Full payment is due upon final approval and before delivery of unwatermarked assets.

3. Revisions Policy

Standard service packages include up to two rounds of minor revisions (e.g., color tweaks, text changes, or timing adjustments). Extensive changes outside the original brief may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, full copyright for the final edited assets is transferred to the client. The Studio retains the right to use the completed work in its portfolio and for self-promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery Timelines

Delivery dates are estimated based on the project scope and client responsiveness. The Studio is not liable for delays caused by late feedback or technical issues outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Studio is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered assets.
